Collecting Motors will primarily refer to the FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens) definition of a “historic vehicle” for the selection of classic cars. According to FIVA, a classic car can be defined as a mechanically propelled road vehicle that is at least 30 years old, preserved in a historically correct state, and not used as an everyday means of transport
Our expert technical committee will use these criteria to select vehicle makes and models that offer strong investment potential. Once our AI driven system has determined the optimal model year, designation, interior and exterior colour combination, body and powertrain type our team will then locate a specific example and conduct a comprehensive background and provenance check before acquiring the asset.
2. RELOCATION:
Collecting Motors, where required, will oversee the global relocation of the automotive assets end to end, including managing all related customs and tax implications. This ensures the seamless movement of assets as needed within the investment portfolio.
